Each Cedar caravan undergoes stringent quality checks all the way through the manufacturing process and delivery to you to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable caravanning experience.
Cedar manufactures the body of the caravan and the furniture and ensures that all systems relating to electrical, plumbing and gas supply are installed correctly.
Cedar Caravans warrants the items we manufacture. Each supplier warrants major components such as the appliances and the chassis separately as they have the expertise in relation to their products.
Caravans are complex as they incorporate a number of major items provided by other manufacturers with the skill set to design and manufacture those items.

Cedar Caravans off-road range of caravans have been designed and constructed to give added strength and ground clearance, for limited unsealed road usage. Gas venting regulations and other construction restraints limit the effectiveness of these caravans against dust and water penetration. Under no circumstances should these caravans be exposed to water crossings at, or above, body floor level.
We strongly recommend towing at safe speed according to travel conditions with extra care and attention required on uneven surfaces. Our off-road caravans are not designed for hard impact or heavy landings or severely rutted roads or tracks.
Cedar off-road Caravans are not designed for use on four-wheel drive only tracks.
The following items for off-road caravans are not covered under Cedar Caravans warranty:
Impact or stone damage to body, chassis or running gear.
Soiling of fabrics and internal fitments from dust and other airborne substances.
Water damage due to water crossings.
Movement or damage caused by dislodgment of appliances and fittings resulting from hard impact or heavy landings or severely rutted roads or tracks.
General damage arising from misuse.
The Warranty does not extend to maintenance items which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cedar Caravans include equipment and fittings, such as cooking appliances, tyres and toilets, which are separately warranted by their manufacturer and not covered by Cedar Caravan’s Warranty. If necessary, Cedar Caravans will help an owner make a warranty claim to these individual component manufacturers.
Cedar Caravans makes no express warranties or representations other than set out in this warranty.
The repair or replacement of the Caravan or part of the Caravan is the absolute limit of Cedar Caravans' liability under this express warranty.
